“Thinking On Your Feet!” group workshops

Thinking on your feet” – group workshops for businesses and organisations of all sizes, run by Kabula Arts & Culture

‘It was a really good experience. I think it’s one of the best workshops we’ve ever had in Bloomberg.’ (Participant feedback from Kabula workshop with Bloomberg)

    Workshop overview

Under stress, our body tightens up and our ability to think analytically decreases. How can we think quickly, while keeping our body relaxed, and increase our ability to think analytically under stress? How can we learn to think on our feet?

“Thinking on your feet” is a workshop which uses the art form of capoeira to help you develop this skill. An exhilarating and elegant blend of dance, play, combat and music, capoeira has its roots among slaves in Brazil who used African rituals to sharpen their bodies and minds. It is now practiced around the world because of its recognised benefits to health and well-being.
