Come and learn the fantastic rhythms and melodies of Brazil celebrated through vibrant percussion workshops set in the intimacy of the front room of a classic Edinburgh house!
Carlao Teixeira da Silva is a professional practitioner with over 25 years experience in both the Brazilian Martial Art form Capoeira and traditional afro brazillian percussion forms.
From Capoeira, samba and coco to  contemporary Brazillian rhythms.
A great way to start your festival day!!!
Instruments explored will include: Pandeiro, Berimbau, CowBells, Caxixi and your own voice, hands and feet!
